Longevity Fellowship
Post-Diploma only
Advanced biomarker interpretation, longevity-clinic case mentorship and an approved research project. Open to Diploma graduates only, usually via the Practitioner route.
Diploma + approved research project

A postgraduate medical programme exploring ageing as a process of biological regulation, resilience, and system-wide interaction.
Anti-ageing and longevity medicine is often fragmented between cosmetic practice, functional frameworks, and optimisation culture. This programme offers a coherent, medically grounded approach, focused on how ageing actually presents in real patients.
The curriculum uses phenotype patterns to interpret how regulatory systems age and lose resilience over time — without reducing individuals to diagnostic labels or treatment categories.
Begin with the foundations, build systems-level understanding, then complete a focused research project to attain the Fellowship.
Modules 1–3
Foundations, Gut & Microbiome, then a capstone module that works Modules 1 and 2 together through a single integrated case file. No new subject matter in Module 3 — it closes the Certificate.
30 AiCE Points*
Modules 1–7, Coach or Practitioner route
The full seven-module curriculum, adding hormones and metabolic health, longevity science, nutrition and lifestyle prescribing, and clinical application and ethics. Coach and Practitioner routes share the same core content.
80 AiCE Points*

Module Table of Contents
The whole programme at a glance — Modules 1–3 form the Foundational Certificate, Modules 4–7 complete the Diploma. Published lessons link straight through.
AiCE Points* — one point represents one hour of eligible assessed learning. The Certificate carries 30 AiCE Points and the Diploma carries 80. These longevity courses do not currently carry external CPD accreditation. Visit aicecredits.com.
Modules 1–3 form the Foundational Certificate. Modules 1–7 form the Diploma. Each module ends with practical takeaways, an audit worksheet and a case-based assignment.
The conceptual scaffolding for the whole course: how functional and lifestyle medicine differs from conventional care, the biology of ageing, the lifespan–healthspan distinction, and the HSI framework used to organise every case that follows.
Teaching content published
The gut as an active driver of systemic ageing: barrier integrity, the microbiome, dysbiosis as a hallmark of ageing, and how gut-focused intervention influences inflammation across the whole system.
Teaching content published
The closing module of the Foundational Certificate. No new subject matter — instead, Modules 1 and 2 are worked together through a single integrated case, ending in a capstone case-file deliverable.
Teaching content published
Neuroendocrine and metabolic regulation across the lifespan, including insulin signalling, thyroid and adrenal patterns, and sex-hormone changes interpreted within UK scope of practice.
Content in development
Each hallmark of ageing revisited and graded individually for evidence quality, from well-established interventions through to early-stage research.
Content in development
Translating the framework into practical, personalised nutrition, movement, sleep and stress prescriptions that a client can actually follow.
Content in development
The Diploma capstone: complex case work, UK regulatory context (MHRA, NHS interplay, scope of practice), consent, and the ethics of selling longevity.
Content in development
The Coach and Practitioner distinction applies at Diploma level only. Both routes take the same core curriculum.
The full seven-module core curriculum: framework, case reasoning, nutrition and lifestyle prescribing, and ethical practice within a non-clinical scope.
The same core content plus a Clinical Extension Layer in each module — lab interpretation, differential reasoning, prescribing-adjacent protocols within UK scope, and deeper regulatory content. It is an extension, not a separate curriculum.
Seeking deeper understanding of ageing biology, better interpretation of complex presentations, and ethical clarity in longevity medicine.
Start with the Certificate to build a rigorous foundation in anti-ageing and longevity medicine.
